Death Summary: Nelson died of unknown causes in a New York hospital, at the age of 38. His health problems started shortly after arriving from Chile, were he had been working in a circus.
Nelson is survived by his wife, and a 9-year-old son.
Who was Nelson de la Rosa: One of the most shortest actors and smallest man in the world (he measured 54 centimeters). He was born in the Dominican Republic. De la Rosa became famous when he appeared in the 1996 film, "The Island of Dr. Moreau", next to Marlon Brando.
